I for one am all about making the plain and boring more colorful and expressive
Step 1: Graffiti=Vandalism
painting or writing obscene words or offensive gestures I can totally understand shouldn't take place
Step 2: Urban Art=Visually Enhancing
on the other hand when images are cheerful or colorful, It can potentially brighten some ones day on their commute to or from work. It could give people something to notice or take their mind away from the bland world we as society have to live. check out the link something ive been trying to put together
