1. Sketch face from oval, then draw face details. 2. Draw body and clothes. Add cat as a motif on clothes. 3. After sketching is done now fill it with basic colors of skin, hair, clothes and green eyes. 4. Give outline by using pencil tool, then give shadow and highlights effect.
