How to Tear rice paper

-Fold paper where you want it cut

-Take a wet piece of string and insert it in the fold, pressing it firmly

-Using edge of table, tear paper carefully, using a pulling motion, along the wet fold

-Another way to wet the edge is to take a wet soft brush and drag it along the folded edge of the paper before unfolding it to tear
